Oroza's consultants have all held long and successful careers in business. Their combined expertise in management, sales and marketing has enabled them to develop and deliver highly-effective training and coaching programmes to individuals and teams, in some of the toughest business environments in the world.
Whilst they may differ in terms of experience and skill, Oroza's consultants all share a common bond: a passion for helping others achieve success and find new levels of excellence.
Founding Director David draws his coaching experience from a long and distinguished career in engineering, industrial safety, sales, teaching, and IT. With a business career spanning four decades, David's expertise lies primarily in sales, sales management, business leadership and, more recently, in applied psychometric testing.
Throughout his outstanding career, David has provided coaching and mentoring to government, academia and research as well as some "blue chip" high street names, helping individuals and teams overcome significant business challenges.
David brings a wealth of experience as a consultant to companies operating internationally, and as a senior line manager with IBM. His focus throughout his career has been on delivering and improving service. David now focuses on helping organisations improve the effectiveness of their Sales and Marketing resources.
David applies excellent Consulting, Change Management, Project Management, Quality Management, Teaming and Leadership skills to deliver high value to his clients.
Sales expert Ian has a particularly strong background in sales psychology and marketing, and has coached business professionals across the world in these skills. He has led sales initiatives targeting both public and private clients, and has also written and run numerous training courses for teams and individuals alike.
Like David, Debi and Sue, Ian is also a former manager with IBM. And, like his fellow Oroza consultants, Ian agrees that this was an outstanding training ground and the perfect environment in which to hone their excellent managerial and coaching skills.
Steve is a natural leader and a brilliant instructor. Steve's background is in law enforcement. As a senior detective in the Metropolitan Police Service Steve headed a number of specialist operational units from financial investigation, through control of informants to discrete risk management. Tor Oroza, he brings extensive knowledge and experience of public sector management, inter-departmental liaison and operational efficiency.
He is the man to have on a large educational operation and is a principal consultant in education design and roll-out.
Sue's background in economics, law, business analysis, internal communications, sales and marketing has given her the experience and expertise to tackle most business situations. Like her Oroza colleagues, Sue also spent a considerable time at IBM, where she worked in business analysis and hardware sales before accepting a leading role in their Sales & Marketing team.
Sue's success in this role led to an offer from the IBM Business School: a request to share her skills by designing and delivering specially-tailored training courses to improve the effectiveness of IBM's sales force. It was here that Sue honed her skill as a coach and trainer – and where she was able to shape her career in sales consulting.
Debi's core skills lie in Psychology, Psychometric testing and coaching for Marketing and Communications.
A member of the British Psychological Society, Debi holds numerous certificates in both psychology and psychometry. She has coached more than 500 senior managers and business professionals in sales effectiveness and team-working, using a combination of professional tools and methods along with her own bespoke management and personal effectiveness programmes.
